Ananda Nilayam is a luxurious 7B3HK apartment located in the prime residential area of Sevasi, Vadodara. With a spacious carpet area of 3,450 sq. ft., the project was completed in 2025.

The interiors feature a carefully selected combination of veneer and laminate materials for the furniture, complemented by a refined paint palette that creates a simple yet luxurious ambience. To enhance the overall look and sense of spaciousness, we incorporated 1200 × 2400 mm large-format tiles, one of the largest tile sizes available in the segment.

The design focuses on achieving a balance between simplicity, elegance, and luxury, creating a sophisticated and comfortable living environment.

Completed in 2023, this 1,500 sq. ft. residential interior design project for Mr. Kalpesh Patel in Waghodiya, Vadodara, effortlessly blends modern elegance with functional comfort. Designed to meet the client’s specific requirements, the home features natural veneer finishes across custom furniture, bringing warmth and character into every space.

Architectural detailing greets you at the entrance, featuring a main door embellished with artistic paneling and a custom mandir door framed with decorative brass bell accents. In the living area, a geometric wooden partition with fluted glass and built-in planter nooks subtly screens the staircase. Vibrant teal sectional seating, a leaf-shaped coffee table, and a minimalist floating TV console create an inviting space for family gatherings.

The home includes a handleless modern kitchen with high-gloss dual-tone cabinetry and sleek granite countertops. A serene daybed alcove with natural wood wall paneling offers a cozy relaxation spot, while the primary bedroom combines a rich upholstered bed with glass-front wardrobe storage and ambient lighting.

This residence demonstrates how thoughtful space planning, natural wood textures, and personalized accents come together to form a tailored family home.

Completed in 2025, this 300 sq. ft. turnkey commercial interior project for Bhavya Finance (owned by Mr. Udit Patel) is a masterclass in optimizing compact workspace in Manjalpur, Vadodara. Tailored precisely to the client’s operational requirements, the design balances sleek corporate aesthetics with inviting warmth.

The interior features rich wooden-texture laminates paired with understated matte grey cabinetry across custom executive desks, multi-person staff workstations, and integrated storage units. In the reception area, a unique vertically textured accent wallpaper forms a striking backdrop for visitor seating, while wood-framed glass partitions maintain privacy and light flow throughout the office. Dedicated floating display shelves with integrated ambient lighting cleanly showcase company accolades without cluttering the main workspace.

Boyd Thermal System Canteen Desing

Completed in 2024, this 720 sq. ft. turnkey interior project for Boyd Thermal Systems on the Halol Highway, Gujarat, transforms a standard corporate dining space into an engaging, modern cafeteria tailored precisely to the client’s operational requirements.

Designed to handle high daily traffic, we installed bright 600x600mm double-charged vitrified floor tiles. Custom industrial dining tables are topped with premium glossy black pearl full-body slabs paired with sturdy bench seating. Used linear profile lighting highlights the structural geometry of the room, creating a bright, energetic ambience.

To promote employee wellness and informal interaction, we suggested a coffee counter with three stylish high-top bar stools. An accent feature wall lined with warm fluted panelling hosts interactive magnetic chess and tic-tac-toe games, alongside custom wall graphics showcasing company values and motivational quotes.

From conceptual space planning to final fit-out, this complete turnkey execution successfully balances practical industrial durability with a refreshing, human-centric design.

Mr. Deepak Patel's Aparment

Completed in 2023, this 300 sq ft renovation for Mr Deepak Patel's 3BHK apartment in the Atladara area of Vadodara.

We designed and executed every element to meet the client’s precise requirements. The modern aesthetic begins with a stunning kitchen featuring cream cabinetry, a unique integrated Mandir, and high-end black appliances. In the open living area, we created a feature wall with warm lighting and a contemporary swing chair (jhula).

The personalised Son's bedroom is a standout, featuring a dedicated music corner with custom wall art and a neon sign for "RADHAV," paired with a functional home office corner. A second dedicated office space showcases smart, space-saving wardrobes around a central desk. Throughout the home, GVT tile flooring, sophisticated lighting, and tailored storage solutions showcase our attention to detail, proving that size is no barrier to style or function.
